It’s been 9+ years that I lived in USA now! I live in suburb area and have seen that in this part of the country, people value good human life. Being an easterner, I also had many misconceptions (which still hold true up to some extent) about western life (mainly portrayed by Hollywood films). I now know that human values are common everywhere and adored in all parts of Mother Earth.
BTW, you share the day and month of my birth!!!
Thank you for reading. Yes- that’s one thing I try to explain even to people close to me- no matter where you are at in the world I really think the majority of people share the same core morals, it’s instictive- part of human nature. Hollywood definitely does not accurately portray American ideals and values so that’s the worst possible place to get information. Depending on exactly where you are at in the country, you have probably gotten a good idea of how diverse we really are here- mainly in the larger cities and metropolitan areas but still- melting pot for sure.
That’s awesome we have the same birthday lol I often meet people with my birthday for some reason;-p
Hey, Chirag… glad to see you here too.
That’s very true about human morals. It’s the outer culture that is different, the inner side remains same – of human.
